Salman, Jacqueline at Baba Siddique's 2015 Iftar party, no Shah Rukh

It was at Baba Siddique's 2013 Iftar party that the famous Salman Khan-Shah Rukh Khan hug had taken place.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, along with Jacqueline Fernandez and actor Varun Dhawan attended politician Baba Siddique's Iftar party in Mumbai.

Like every year, this time too, all eyes were glued to the entrance for superstar Shah Rukh Khan's arrival. However, sadly, SRK could not make it to the party held on Sunday (July 5) night.

Jacqueline was seen dining with Salman and his father Salim Khan. Also spotted was Salman's sister Arpita, who attended the party with her husband Aayush Sharma. Other B-Town celebrities who made it to the party were Huma Qureshi, Kabir Khan, Zarine Khan, Sangeeta Bijlani and a number of TV personalities and politicians. Every year, Siddique's Iftar party is attended by Bollywood stars and renowned dignitaries from different fields.

For the last two years, this party has been the talk of the town as it provided a platform to the then rivals Salman and Shah Rukh to forget their enmity and embrace each other. Siddique's 2013 party was historic for Bollywood, given the fact that it was here that the two ruling Khans of Bollywood had hugged their differences out.

More News,

Women in item numbers present themselves to men. The hero of the film will dance with them while they do so, and he will imply all of the above mentioned traits of stalkers.

Last but not the least, item numbers are not needed. They don’t make the story progress in anyway. The movie can be made without them and probably the hero will have our respects then. Who could “like” a hero who dances with nude women on some really vulgar song? That’s cheating on the heroine isn’t it?

What do you think about this trend? Do you favour it for Pakistani cinema?
There was a time when Ptv used to telecast foreign shows.Who can forget shows such as Knight Rider,Air Wolf,Murder She Wrote,MCGuyver etc. With the gradual decline of Ptv and advent of private satellite TV channels, this culture of showing foreign programming as an effort towards catering towards diverse programming needs of the audiences died down.

However, the foreign shows still entered into our lives via DVDs sold in many DVD stores across the country, torrents and streaming websites on internet. These shows provide us a change and respite from family entertainment and family centric issues that our TV Channels regularly churn out and hence a sizeable chunk of people watch them. Some of them could be seen regularly visiting DVD stores and asking for seasons of their favourite shows.I am going to cover some of the shows that I have watched via DVDs.
Lost

Who could forget the legendary show Lost. It’s about some plane crash survivors who happen to land on a mysterious island and then the forces and characters from the island seem to battle them. One of the important concepts of the show is time travel. It has wonderful characters like Kate,Jack,Sawyer,Hurley etc and tons of mystery in the form of The Others,Dharma Initiative,Black Smoke etc.I saw first three seasons in one go and then waited for every season eagerly. However, the end left me high and dry and I really felt annoyed just like hundreds of other Lost fans out there but till the time it lasted it was a wonderful joyride.
