It is no new that the marriages and the divorces in the Pakistan’s Showbiz industry is becoming one of the most controversial topics, that is also been used by the celebrities to gain limelight. The audience was not yet over with Shaista Wahidi’s divorce that a new agenda has been found. Nadia Khan,  an actor-turned-host, sho also conducted morning shows at Geo TV got freedom from her married life few time back. It is now that her husband claims that the act of divorce was not according to the Laws of Islam, That indirectly means, Nadia is still his Wife!

Nadia’s husband Khawar Iqbal has challenged the marriage certificate in the court, claiming that according to the Laws been provisioned at the time of Marriage, Nadia cannot divorce her husband but can ask for it. On the other hand, Nadia Khan has also presented the copy of the legal certificate in which the right has been given to her that she can divorce her Husband without his consent, any time she wish.

According to rights given to Women in Islam, It is the right of Khula that a woman can use to get over with her marriage. Although it must be in the kno
wledge of her husband. Nadia, Using her right, left her husband months ago and now the dispute is whether the divorce was according to the laws of Islam or not.

Taking a serious notice of the matter, a bench of three members Justice Shahzad Sheikh, Justice Fida Muhammad Khan and Justice Arshad Jahangir, was constituted by the court. They heard the Nadia Khan Divorce case in the advocacy of advocate Arshad Kayani but the next hearing is postponed for an undisclosed period.

Lets see what turn this story takes, However there is one thing for sure, Geo TV is going througha  serious time in terms of personal lives of the celebrities.

Junaid Jamshed landed himself in a controversy one again when he was seen holding hands with singer Hadiqa Kiyani in the promotional concert for the national song ‘Chand Sitara’. Now that the reason has been self revealed, People are all ready to accept the hidden realities as according to the latest reveals, Shaista is soon going to tie a knot with Mir Shakeel Ur Rehman, who is the co-owner of Geo TV. the bond was quite unpredictable as Shaista herself is 38 Years old (declared) mother of three children, who recently got separated from her husband, with a clash on her over-smartness that she has had been showing in her morning Show. On the other Hand, Mir Shakeel is also an aged man, and the bond is unmatchable in every aspect.
