While it was recently reported in the timesofindia.com, that
Tiger Shroff and newcomer Disha Patani were in fact dating, there was
no actual comment from the two youngsters involved. Tiger who was
praised for his performace in Heropanti, may now be doing a film opposite Dish as well.
But this time papa Jackie Shroff was the one who expressed his
opinion on the matter! During on of the promotions for his upcoming film Brothers. when asked about Tiger and Disha dating, Jackie candidly said, "It’s good if they are dating."
Disha Patani, an aspiring actress, was also the Miss Indore 2013’s
first runner-up. She was initially cast opposite him in Tiger’s second
film Baaghi, however she lost out to Shraddha Kapoor. The duo
have allegedly been spotted driving around Bandra, with her at the
wheel. They even go to the same gym and often work out together.
We think they do make a lovely couple, don't you?
Famour cricketer S. Sreesanth who was accused of match-fixing, was
discharged in the 2013 IPL spot-fixing case by a Delhi Court last month.
Though Sreesanth had said primarily he is a cricketer and he wanted to
restart his cricket career from the scratch once BCCI lift ban imposed
on him, he has now decided to become a film actor in South India. As per
reports in hindustantimes.com, the actor has already been roped in for a big budget Tamil film which will be made simultaneously in Telugu and Malayalam
As per the report, the movie to be directed by renowned filmmaker Sana Yadireddy, tells a spicy story of a cricketer and IPL!
"The film will go on floors in September and we are planning to
wrap it up in six months," said Yadireddy. The film will be dubbed into
14 Indian languages, he said.
Sreesanth says he is keen to "explore the another side of life"
through films, he is also playing a negative role in Pooja Bhatt's
Bollywood film Cabaret.
The cricketer says, "This is my debut film in South and I am going
to work with a big filmmaker like Sana Yadireddy. I can't ask for more. I
am looking forward for a good acting career in South," Yadireddy has
also complimented Sreesanth on his superb danceing and acting skills,
saying "I have seen him performing at many events and always wanted to
work with him. When we narrated the story, he liked it very much and
gave his nod immediately. The film will be in the backdrop of cricket
and has a very good love story in it."
When asked about the BCCI 's life ban from playing cricket,
Sreesanth said, "I will wait" till the apex cricket body in the country
takes a favourable decision.
