Product Review: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders

Product Review: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders
Dim Light is a soft beige shade, which is almost matte with satin finish that creates a soft, incandescent candlelit glow,
Most Ambient Lighting Powders are recommended to use all over the face. The formula is soft and super finely-milled. It’s definitely not too shimmery or frosted. It gives the complexion a striking, glow from within look without taking it too far. It adds a natural looking radiance without looking like a disco ball. It illuminates the face, rather than emphasizing pores like some highlighters can,
If there’s a product that has created some serious beauty buzz over the last year, it definitely has been the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders. These powders are much-hyped finishing powders that allegedly mimic different types of lighting. Because they are all different, it can be really difficult to decide which one is actually going to make you look like a glowing, lit-from-within goddess. After falling in love with Dim light, I thought; why not see what a little bit of 'dim light' looks like on me…
The lasting power was good too. I got around 8 hours of wear out of it. Because it isn’t too frosty to begin with, fading of the product won’t look as obvious,
The Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder has been a true joy for me so far. Dim Light is great for giving the complexion a beautiful, soft radiance. The Ambient Lighting powders are fantastic. I might go as far as to say that I think everyone needs one in their collection. They might be expensive, but they’re definitely worth the buzz,
I have received so many compliments on my ‘glowing’ skin since I started using this product but it’s really the product that gives off that glow. They come in 6 variants and each has been described as below:
Ethereal Light is an opalescent sheer, cool white powder that mimics a moonlit glow – even in broad daylight
Diffused Light is a soft, warm, pale yellow powder that conceals redness and gives skin clarity – like a soft ray of morning light
Dim Light is a neutral peach beige powder that blurs imperfections and highlights a radiant complexion with the perfect balance of warm and cool tones
Mood Light is a soft, sheer lavender pink powder that mimics the softest most forgiving light and reveals your brightest complexion
Luminous Light is a champagne pearl powder that creates a soft, incandescent candlelit glow – day or night
Radiant Light is a sun-kissed golden beige powder that enhances the overall complexion with believable, subtle warmth, and also extends a summer glow.
Another story that’s being talked about is that Ravi Kissen, a big name in Bhojpuri films wasn’t too keen to work with Rashmi in a couple of projects because of her flirtatious attitude. She even reportedly lost out on a couple of big films in the industry. It seemed Rashmi had finally found her match when she met and married Nandish. The duo, who rose to fame in Uttaran, seemed to be deeply in love and had a fairytale marriage. No wonder that the story of the split has come as such a huge surprise.
Both Rashmi and Nandish have so far been denying the news of their separation. But they have been attending parties without each other – one of the foremost signs of trouble in a relationship. According to our source, the papers have been finally drawn up and it’s only a matter of time before they make the announcement to the world.
